Amazon VendorForward Deployed Engineers · Amazon Vendor & Seller
Selli embeds in your company, connects your Amazon accounts, suppliers and spreadsheets, then deploys AI agents that confirm, order, ship and claim on your behalf. You set the rules; a human approves every sensitive action.

Measured on the multi-country Amazon Vendor account where our platform was born, and which it runs every day.
We deploy AI agents inside companies that sell on Amazon, so the whole chain — from purchase order to payout — runs on its own, under your control.
The problem
An Amazon account means dozens of tight deadlines, across several countries, with suppliers who don’t speak Vendor Central.
Each slip costs little. Added up, they cost you a margin.
The FDE model
Software gives you one more screen to watch. Your account needs someone who knows it: your vendor codes country by country, your suppliers and their habits, your margin and freight rules. That is the Forward Deployed Engineer model: an engineer who comes into your business, works on your real data and stays until AI does the work — then keeps running it.
| Software | An agency | Selli | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who does the work | You, inside the tool | People, by hand | AI agents, deployed and run by our engineers |
| Your suppliers | Outside the tool | By email, case by case | In the loop: reply link, spreadsheet, email |
| When Amazon changes a page | You wait for an update | They adapt, by hand | The agent stops instead of guessing; we fix it |
| Your access | With the vendor | Shared | In your name, in a vault of your own |

Let’s talkWhat gets automated
Each agent has one precise job, its own switch and a clear limit. It acts within your rules; anything that can’t be undone waits for your approval.
Checked continuously, routed to the right supplier, acknowledged on time.
Sent in each supplier’s format (yes / no / quantity link, spreadsheet, email); replies and pro formas read automatically.
Case packs checked, ASN sent through the API, carton labels ready.
Every line received matched against what shipped; discrepancies surface on their own.
Files built with proof of delivery, cases opened with Amazon and followed up.
Feed sent to Amazon daily, held back if a figure looks wrong.
No cost changed without your written approval; costs removed by Amazon flagged.
Invoices, payouts and deductions reviewed every day.
Vendor Central session monitored; before acting, each agent checks it is on your account.
The method
Step 01
We measure your entire account, read-only: what works, what leaks money, what nobody tracks. You get a costed plan, every gain stated with its assumption.
Step 02
Amazon access (SP-API) in your company’s name, EDI feeds, Vendor or Seller Central, mailboxes, suppliers. Your keys stay in a vault of your own.
Step 03
One agent at a time. First simulated on your real purchase orders, then a one-week dry run where it logs what it would have done, then live once you agree.
Step 04
The agents run, our engineers watch them. Targeted alerts, a daily summary, and the action plan reviewed every month: planned versus delivered.
Control
Lowering a cost, accepting an agreement, disputing a chargeback: these actions commit your money, sometimes for good. Our agents prepare them — wording, documents, deadline, direct link — and a person approves them. Everything else follows the rules you’ve written with us.
The same method extends to the other channels of cross-border trade: Faire, Ankorstore, B2B marketplaces, buying groups. Same foundation, same rules: your access, your suppliers, your approvals.
A full read-only audit and a costed action plan. Then you decide.
